The real deal see video

Ceylon does not contain the ingredient Courmarin that is toxic to us. Small amounts OK, but for those who love cinnamon and use it as a supplement for glucose control and or other dietary benefits, Ceylon cinnamon is the safe choice. It has a very slight flavor until soaked and cooked. It's tan and it has many layers and it's bark. The cassia is redder thicker and not as many layers has a very hot intense flavor that many have become to

Long sticks

If you want long sticks of cinnamon these are nice. They weren't broken. They were full sticks, which usually most brands I find are all broken. I think the flavor is similar to other sticks of the same kind of cinnamon.The current price is $6.95 and you get 5-7 sticks.
