Not Ceylon Powder but sticks

The packaging say organic ceyloncinnamon "powder." NOT sticks. It is a package of cinnamon sticks. I don't like false advertising.

Ceylon cinnamon is a must for me.

I prefer to use organic Ceylon cinnamon when I can. I got Premium Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, 1lb and it arrived in a plastic container. It was all dented and crunched up but luckily the cracks did not go all the way thru so no mess. The cinnamon powder itself was okay. It has the milder cinnamon profile as most Ceylon cinnamons do. But I would say this was is a tad milder which I wish it was not. Since it isn’t as flavorful I just add a bit more when I use it but it doesn’t increase the flavor much more. But I like that it is organic and I have put it into another container to use it from.

It’s just okay

I had been using Ceylon cinnamon for years until I ran out and couldn’t find the brand again. As I opened the package, it really smelled good, but the taste isn’t as strong as my previous brand. I use it in my coffee. It just wasn’t the quality I’m used to- not really bad but not as pungent.
